Privacy Policy

HumanGate uses information needed to sign you in and save your design feedback. We do not run advertising, add advertising trackers, sell your data, or use it for marketing profiling.

Google sign-in and one account

Google provides a verified account identifier, email address and name. Contribuddha stores these in its common account directory so the same Google account identifies the same person across its tools. HumanGate uses that shared identity; it does not create a separate user directory.

We request only basic sign-in scopes: OpenID, email and profile. We do not receive your Google password or request access to Gmail, Drive, contacts or calendars. Google handles its own sign-in service under Google’s Privacy Policy.

Reviews you submit

We store your account identifier, reviewer name, ratings, comments, selected design locations, closing notes and timestamps. Review sessions also record the browser user-agent and viewport size to help interpret feedback about the interface. These records are used to run the review process and improve the designs, not for advertising.

Undo removes a mark from the active review but retains it in the review history. Older anonymous reviews stay anonymous; signing in does not assign them to your account.

Cookies and local storage

Necessary cookies support Google sign-in and keep you signed in for up to 24 hours. HumanGate also keeps your review and a retry queue in your browser’s local storage, separated by account, so a connection interruption does not immediately lose your work. Signing out ends the session but does not erase that local review copy. Clearing site data removes the local copy, not feedback already sent to the server.

Who can access the information

The Contribuddha project operator can access submitted reviews for the review process and support. Railway hosts the service and database, Google provides sign-in, and Cloudflare provides DNS. Hosting and network providers may process technical connection information to operate and secure their services. HumanGate does not publish your reviews to other reviewers.

Retention and requests

Account and submitted review records remain stored during the preview; automatic deletion after a fixed period is not implemented. Contact mail@parshkov.com to request access, correction or deletion, or to ask about this policy. We may need to verify that a request concerns your account. Backup copies may take additional time to expire.

This notice describes the current preview. If the way we use information changes, we will update this page and provide any notice or consent request required before the new use.
